Yin Yoga & Meditation—4-week series, space limited, $70/series, no drop-ins. (Financial assistance possible, no one turned away for lack of funds.)

Yin Yoga is a meditative form of yoga that focuses on connective tissues, rather than muscles, to ease tension and tightness in the body. We can use the poses to investigate and enliven our bodies by stretching and compressing in ways that counteract modern living.This practice is a perfect preparation for meditation. Each session will begin and end with a short meditation and will include a short sound bath.

Gentle Yoga–6-week series, space limited, $99/series, no drop-ins. (Financial assistance possible, no one turned away for lack of funds.)

This class will offer a well-rounded practice of yoga including asanas, pranayama, and meditation. It is suitable for all, including those new or returning to yoga, and those with physical challenges. Slow pace, detailed instruction and opportunities to ask questions.
