Yin Yoga is a meditative form of yoga that focuses on connective tissues, rather than muscles, to ease tension and tightness in the body. We can use the poses to investigate and enliven our bodies by stretching and compressing in ways that counteract modern living. This practice is a perfect preparation for meditation. Each session will begin and end with a short meditation and will include a short sound bath.

“Alicia teaches Hatha yoga in a gentle fashion. She is unique in the sense that she often plays music, gongs, bells, and bowls during yoga. She is extremely knowledgeable in her practice, and you recognize immediately that she is a true teacher.” –2019
