My teaching draws from many traditions based on slow methodic movement and precise alignment of the body. My multi-level classes offer something for everyone and instill peace and quiet in your being.
I completed a 200-hour Iyengar-influenced Yoga Teacher Training in 2005, added an additional 95 hours with Jason Crandell in 2011-2012 and completed a 60-hour Yin, Yang and Meditation Teacher Training with Sarah Powers in 2015. I’ve studied Bhakti Yoga with Sean Johnson, Russill Paul and Silvia Nakkach.
For many years, I have offered a restorative practice to mark the changes of the seasons and have recently added singing bowls, bells, gongs and chanting to accompany your rest, making it a complete package for rejuvenation!
I am available for private sessions in yoga, small group sound baths in my home studio, beginning harmonium and singing/chanting as spiritual practice. Please join my mailing list!
