Small Group Sound Baths in Tahoe Park

These offerings sell out quickly since there are only 4 spots each, but please email about the wait list.

This 1 hour sound bath will leave you feeling refreshed and connected. Bells, singing bowls, gongs, flute, chanting and other healing sounds in our home studio (The SoundHaus) in Tahoe Park. These have been very popular!  Suggested donation: $25, Pre-registration required by email.


Yin Yoga—4-week series

Tuesdays March 5 – March 26,
4:30 – 6pm or 6 – 7:30pm

(only 3 spots per session, priority given to those registering for whole series)

$70/series; $20/drop-in, space permitting (financial assistance possible)

Yin Yoga is a meditative form of yoga that focuses on connective tissues, rather than muscles, to ease tension and tightness in the body. We can use the poses to investigate and enliven our bodies by stretching and compressing in ways that counteract modern living.

Some experience with Yin is recommended, but not required. Each session will begin and end with a short meditation and will include a short sound bath.


Restorative Yoga + Sound: A Practice for Spring with Alicia Patrice

Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath with bells, bowls, gongs and chanting. Space limited to 14 participants. Pre-registration is required and pre-payment is encouraged. Email to register!

In the transition from Fall to Winter, new ideas are put to rest in the darkness for possible manifestation in Spring. Hibernation mode assists us in a time of year-end activity.

Restorative Yoga uses blankets, blocks and other props to fully support the body in deep rest. It is appropriate for all, including those with challenges or injuries. No experience necessary. Sound Baths immerse the body in sound, encouraging further rest and relaxation.
