This 1 hour sound bath will leave you feeling refreshed and connected. Bells, singing bowls, gongs, flute, chanting and other healing sounds in our home studio (SoundHaus) in Tahoe Park. These have been very popular!  $20, Pre-registration required by email.


This class will offer a well-rounded practice of yoga including asanas, pranayama, and meditation. It is suitable for all, including those new or returning to yoga, and those with physical challenges. Slow pace, detailed instruction and opportunities to ask questions. This is a trial 5-week session that will continue if there is interest.

Find Your Devotion–4-week series
Wednesdays October 3 – 24, 7 – 8:30pm

In this 4-week series at my home studio in Tahoe Park, we’ll explore elements of devotion including chanting, meditation, prayer, mala beads, poetry and art in an effort to create personal and meaningful modes of divine expression. $75 for the series.

We reached the minimum number of tickets, so on October 4th, we have the opportunity to see a beautiful and inspiring film at the Tower Theatre in Sacramento. Mantra: Sounds into Silence.

Restorative Yoga + Sound: A Practice for Winter with Alicia Patrice

Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath with bells, bowls, gongs and chanting. Space limited to 14 participants. Pre-registration is required and pre-payment is encouraged. Email to register!

In the transition from Fall to Winter, new ideas are put to rest in the darkness for possible manifestation in Spring. Hibernation mode assists us in a time of year-end activity.

Restorative Yoga uses blankets, blocks and other props to fully support the body in deep rest. It is appropriate for all, including those with challenges or injuries. No experience necessary. Sound Baths immerse the body in sound, encouraging further rest and relaxation.
